As part of its ongoing efforts to regulate the hotel sector and streamline procedures related to communication and obtaining approvals, the Jordan Hotels Association coordinated a specialized workshop on the “Takamol” platform, implemented by the Capital Governorate.

The workshop aimed to discuss the procedural and technical aspects of the platform, which serves as a comprehensive government database covering multiple sectors, including the hotel industry. The platform provides essential data on hotel establishments and is linked to several security and governmental entities, enhancing coordination among stakeholders, improving operational efficiency, and facilitating access to information.

Participants emphasized the importance of the “Takamol” platform in simplifying government procedures, enhancing transparency and institutional integration, and improving the business environment for hotels by providing accurate data that supports decision-making.

This workshop is part of a series of initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the hotel sector and strengthening collaboration between hotel establishments and various government bodies, contributing to service development and achieving the highest quality standards in the tourism sector.
